Mission and Purpose

We are here to help make your dreams a reality. Are you a weekend warrior looking for rugged coastlines or mountain forest roads? At Benchmark we strive to provide you with the ultimate escape vessel. Our passion for exploring the world outside drives us to push the limits of design and capability, allowing you to expand the confines of your everyday routine in comfort and style.

Experience

Our experience includes decades in the building trades, including custom cabinetry and high-end, green design-build construction. Off the clock, we have been restorers of vintage vehicles and overland afficionados. After adventuring for several years in a VW Eurovan (and experiencing several off-grid break-downs), we decided to up-fit our own cargo van. That was the start of Benchmark Vehicles. One van became two, three, ten and so on, with a portfolio including Ford Transit and Mercedes Sprinter conversions. Our business has grown considerably and we are grateful for the opportunity to do what we love while encouraging others to embrace the restorative benefits of adventuring and the outdoors.
